He plays Andy LeBeau an angel, who goes to Earth, and hangs out with some other children and helps with their problems. Occasionally, running into a character named Hornswaggle, he is a guy who is the opposite of a guardian angel which Andy is and takes delight in causing problems for others, especially Andy.
